Eligibility
We want you to love your AtelierVibe purchase! If you’re not fully satisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
Non-returnable items include : Products purchased during Final Sale or marked “Non-Returnable”, Customized or personalized products, Innerwear or accessories for hygiene reasons
Return & Exchange Process
To start a return or exchange, contact us at support@ateliervibe.com within the 7-day return window. Once approved, we’ll share detailed instructions for shipping the item back. For exchanges, we’ll dispatch your replacement once we receive and inspect the original item. Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
Refund Timelines
After your returned item passes our quality check, your refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. If you paid via COD, you can opt for a store credit or bank transfer. Please note that shipping and COD charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrectly delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Received something damaged or not what you ordered? Don’t worry! Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible – no extra cost to you.
